Marina Lytle, Ed.S


Ms. Lytle received a B.A. in History and a M. Ed. in Special Education from UNC-Charlotte. She earned an Educational Specialist Degree, Ed.S, in Educational Leadership from Union University. Her area of focus is the measurement of school related stress among Asian students in international school settings. Ms. Lytle has 30 years of educational experience that include teaching from grade one through university level and holding various administrative positions. She has served at KIA since 2008.

Charity Sianturi

Charity Sianturi, Ed.S

Elementary Principal

Mrs. Sianturi has a combined total of 21 years of international education experience both in the classroom and in administration. She has worked in Korea, Indonesia, and China. Mrs. Sianturi has a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Arizona, a M.Ed. with an emphasis in Curriculum from Cairn University, and an Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Asbury University. Her passion is curriculum and instruction. She enjoys both being in the classroom teaching and working as a principal to mentor and guide teachers and students. Most of all she enjoys the challenges and the rewards that come from working with students, parents, and teachers to help educate this next generation.

Julia Le

Business Manager

Julia Le has a B.B.A. from Kunming University of Science and Technology and received her M.B.A. from Yunnan University. She has 14 years of work experience in the administrative and finance fields, having worked at various multinational companies in the international trade, commerce, and education areas. She is passionate about financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and performance measurement. She is a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) recognized by IMA (The Institute of Management Accountants).
